Emerson selling LANDesk software

Emerson has announced that they will be selling LANDesk software to Thoma Bravo, a private firm.

LANDesk software, is a information technology systems management company, is based in Salt Lake City and made $150 million revenue in 2009.
The announcement of the sale occurred on Monday, but the terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The final sale is set to be complete in September and the vice president of LANDesk will become the CEO after the sale.
