Inland Real Estate Corporation has announced a joint venture between themselves and Inland Real Estate Exchange Corporation and the Farnam Tech Center.

The company that was purchased was a comprised of two, two-story office buildings and totaled 118,000-square-feet. The acquisition was made for $18 million and the purchase was made in late July.

In August, IRC made another purchase, Copps Food Center a division of Roundy’s Supermarket, Inc. The company owns 155 retail grocery stores in three different states and was purchased for $11.7 million. The building is 61,048-square-feet in the metro area of Wisconsin.
