Food Vendor Breaks City Regulations

A mobile tenderloin vendor is facing revocation of its mobile vendor permit because it has not complied with a city ordinance stating that the trailer must be moved off site for at least 6 hours each day.
A hearing occurred on Monday concerning whether or not to revoke Town House Tenderloins' permit. Testimony was heard on both sides of the argument. A ruling on the case is expected by the end of the week.
